We promise to process your order within 1 to 2 working days. However, during busy periods, this time may be slightly extended, and we apologize in advance. Standard delivery times vary from 7 to 12 days.

INCORRECT OR CHANGED CONTACT DETAILS
We would be grateful if you could contact us immediately at the contact e-mail address at the bottom of the site, so that we can amend your order in good time. If the package has already been dispatched, we will unfortunately be unable to make any changes. If the product is returned, we will contact you to decide how to proceed. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
PARCEL TRACKING
We offer tracking for every order. You can view the progress of your parcel directly on our "Track my order" page accessible from the site menu. Please note that tracking information may take 3 to 5 days to be updated in the system.
ORDER UNDELIVERED AFTER 25 DAYS
It may happen that your order takes longer than expected. Unfortunately, we do not have full control over the delivery process. Please contact us by email, and we'll do our best to resolve the problem.
ORDER INDICATED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your parcel has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors first.
If 3 working days have passed since your parcel was marked as delivered and you have not received your order, please contact us by email.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
We have total confidence in our products, which is why we offer a 14-day right of return from receipt of your order, at no risk to you! Merchandise must simply be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail with a photo or video of the item and your complaint. We will then contact you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
REFUND OF GOODS
Once your return has been inspected, we will contact you to arrange a refund. Refunds will be made to the same payment method you used to make your payment.
RETURN FORM
We are very conscious of the impact we have on our planet. As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we are creating positive changes to contribute to a better future. These changes include the elimination of return paper and order invoices in parcels.
You'll see that it's not necessary to have these documents, as they can be sent by e-mail.
So it makes sense not to include them. We always strive to do the right thing and improve our impact on the world around us.
REFUND ON ANOTHER PAYMENT METHOD
No, we can only process refunds to the original payment method. The only alternative is to offer gift cards (credit) for the full amount of the refund.

When you buy clothes from us, it's important to find your size. That's why you'll find an easy-to-follow size guide on every product page, telling you where to measure. All you need is a tape measure!

TAKE MEASUREMENTS
For bust size: position the tape measure at the point of the breasts.
For waist circumference: position the tape measure at the thinnest part of the bust.
For hip circumference: position the tape measure at the widest point of the pelvis.
If you're between sizes, take the next size up for a more relaxed fit.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE
You've bought a garment from us and it doesn't fit! No need to worry!
With us, you can exchange your garment by reading our "Returns and refunds policy". With our money-back guarantee, you have 14 days to try on your garments (except for certain garments that cannot be returned).
❗️However, products intended for intimate use (underwear, ...) as well as products subject to an exclusive discount of minimum -50% are not refundable (only partial refunds or product returns can be made depending on the case).
To request a return or exchange, please first consult our "Returns & Refunds Policy" in the menu at the very bottom of the site. Then contact our support team, who will guide you through the process.
I'M BETWEEN 2 SIZES
If you've measured yourself and find yourself between two sizes, always take the next size up rather than the next size down. Since our garments are made from high-quality, figure-hugging stretch fabric, the larger size should offer you a perfect fit and effective support.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR CLOTHES
Read the care label: by doing so, you'll avoid any mistakes when washing, drying or ironing at the wrong setting. Make sure you understand the meaning of the symbols.
As a general rule, follow these instructions:
- Most of our sportswear is made from synthetic fibers such as nylon, elastane and polyester. It is this type of material that gives our garments sufficient compression and stretch. If the wash is set to a high temperature, it risks damage and shrinkage. Another advantage of low-temperature washing is that it's long-lasting. High temperatures waste a lot of energy!
- Wash garments with similar colors, to avoid color transfer in the wash, especially for dark-colored shaped garments.
- Turn garments inside out (if necessary). Your clothes will clean better, as sweat, dead cells and bacteria accumulate and cause unpleasant odors.
- Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. It's best to air-dry your shapewear to preserve its elasticity, otherwise its lifespan will be shortened. This also reduces our greenhouse gas emissions!

3. Check quantity ordered.
4. Click on the "ADD TO CART" button.
5. Review all the items in your basket - if you're ready to finalize your order, click on "CHECKOUT".
6. Finalize your order by filling in all the necessary information on the payment page: Customer details, delivery address, billing address, delivery method, payment information.
7. If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout.
8. Review your order once again, making sure you've got the right item (product(s) chosen, quantity, color and size).
9. Click on "Complete order" to start the shipping process.

DISCOUNT CODE
Discount codes are case-sensitive (uppercase, lowercase and space) and only one is applied per purchase.
You can apply it during the checkout process, on the right-hand side describing your order. There's a box indicating "discount code"... Once you have entered the code, click on "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit or debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro) as well as express payment options such as Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Our base currency is €, so if you're buying from abroad, make sure you know the daily exchange rate for your currency at the time of the transaction.
Have you received a prepaid gift card? You can use it to pay for your order.
We also offer a Klarna payment option. Please note that these options are NOT express payment options as above, these subsequent payment options can be found at the end of the order process. This is the same page where you can pay by credit or debit card.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed according to the availability of the items and also according to the availability of the sizes and colors you order.
During high-volume periods, product availability may change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed from Monday to Thursday are processed and leave our warehouses within 1 to 2 working days.
Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed from Monday and will leave our warehouses within 2 to 3 working days.
Please note that orders are not processed on public holidays.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
No need to worry! Although we regularly replenish our stock, we may occasionally run out. If this happens, send us an e-mail and our support team will be able to tell you when our next product delivery will be.
